Stephanie skated competitively for 11 years, training under Tonia Kwiatkowski, Marci Hess, Dick and Lynn Rimmer, and Serguei and Elena Zaitsev, becoming a regional gold medalist. Throughout her training, Stephanie developed a strong foundation in figure skating that she now shares with her students. Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Mount Union and a Master’s Degree in Education from Kent State University. With her educational background and extensive coaching experience, she inspires the next generation of figure skaters to reach their full potential both on and off the ice. As a committed coach at Center Ice, Stephanie has multiple years of experience coaching learn to skate and private lessons. She has also attended seminars and worked with skaters and coaches at the World Skating Academy in Indianapolis. Additionally, she has directed multiple ice shows and exhibitions. Stephanie emphasizes a nurturing approach, guiding athletes from their first steps on the ice to achieving their Gold level tests. She has successfully led skaters to Regional, Sectional, and National Championships in Showcase, Adult, and Excel, coaching several Excel National Gold medalists.
